I was told that the new tires should be (and would be) put on the back of the car. That didn't happen. I have still not been able to reach my service representative. We have emailed back and forth (only because when I called he was not available), and I have also left a voicemail, but still the situation is not resolved.
Brought my car in for an a/c that would not blow cold air. Robert sent me his text number and invited me to contact him at any time I had questions or needed an update. Robert was very responsive to my text messages and was very good about keeping me informed. The process of dropping my car off after hours and the pick up of my vehicle was easy.
Since Paradise removed my dash for the removal of the recalled air bag, my seat belt warning ringer is no longer working and it is very important that this is in working order. It was working just fine prior to bringing it in to Paradise. My driver and passenger side door ringer is not working either. Everytime I take my car into Paradise I almost always leave with a new issue with my car that wasn't there before. Never again will I take my car into this careless place!!
My service advisor Carlos Guzman always greets me in such a friendly, professional manner. After my car has been serviced, Carlos always goes over everything with me. He consistently provides exceptional customer service. The cashier is always friendly and helpful.
