Dealership appears to be short handed for transmission repairs and therefore long delays in getting timely service. While the technician said there were no problems detected with the transmission it is still not normal. Hard shifting and ���clunks��� into some gears. JUST NOT NORMAL for most vehicles but must be a bad trait of the 2018 Silverado.
I had installed some aftermarket parts that presented some problems for required maintenance. The techs took it all in stride and Rose was, as usual, very thorough and stayed in communication with me about progress. Also, the car was returned washed and whoever did it went to the trouble of cleaning the brake dust off the inside of the wheel cylinders, behind the rotors. Really above and beyond.
I always have great service at the service departments. Service agent Rose always lets me know what���s going on with my truck and recommends which service is highly important and should get immediate attention.
I am handycapped. I sent my son over to have the brakes checked and to have the brake light on the dash board cleared. No one called me!!! I am the person who will make any decision as to repairs or maintenance on my car. Your people dropped the ball. If I would have received a phone call, I would have authorized the $170.00 repair for the dashboard light.
