Dealership did an excellent job servicing my truck. I made an appointment, the service advisor communicated with me the additional maintenance items my truck needed, and it was completed before the promised time. I also had a dealer provided coupon to use. My truck was also washed and clean when I came to pick it up. I also like being able to text message with my service advisor. The dealership was also clean, and they had taken cleaning precautions to stop the spread of the COVID-19. The only area they may want to address is limiting interaction in service advisor offices, waiting rooms, and cashier office. Thank you.
