Confirmed Service Customer
My experience at my local GM Paradise Chevrolet dealership in Ventura California was most poor mediocre experience in last 43 years of having my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Pick up truck and other serviced vehicles including my other GM Vehicles my local Ventura Chevrolet dealership .My contract service bill was $522.00. Service techs or someone in the service area scratched the painted surface edge area of my drivers side door. As well as several horizontal scratches on a painted wheel debris guard directly below the driver side door . At first of my discovery the service writer and the lead technicians and foreman denied they did the scratching which was covered with oil grime that would only come from a service bay area . I had to call the GM Paradise dealership service manager who responded on week later and agreed to meet . The service manager was courteous and polite with a good smile and attitude . And the service manager agreed to complete the repair as soon as possible . As of now the damage has not been corrected but will be done , and the replacement part for the several painted scratch is not available . And I do not know that if the surface will ever be the same . In the past I have received numerous comments on the well kept condition of my vehicle . Since I am the only driver of the the vehicle and I garage my vehicle 365 days a year and I only person that dose a hand wash and wax on the vehicle myself . So I am the ultimate persons for the condition of my vehicle and know the condition of my vehicle top to bottom . Thank you GM for reading my comments.
