When I checked with Erika I was told that I came in on a good day as it was a slow day. Came in for a routine oil change. I informed Erika that I also needed a rear light bulb replaced. She informed me that I needed the transmission fluid flushed as I had just hit the 50,000 mile mark. Which I agreed too. I was there for four hours waiting for my truck to be done. Erika did apologized for the long wait and gave me a 10% discount on parts which equaled about $25.00.
